now my old english teacher used to tell us (she was very cruel): "its always good to recieve feedback, even if it's bad (cause she always got just that), but its better to recieve ANY feedback then not recieving it at all - cause the feedback makes you feel alive"

constructive critisism is pretty muhc what you were talking about, even if you didn't know. It is to show people there faults, but buildign them up while your doing that.
