Pokersites discontinuing epassporte

In the past 24 hours I recieved a email from Cake Poker and Full Tilt Poker stating they will no longer be taking epassporte for deposits or cash outs! OMG

... I can't believe this I am suspecting a email from Pokerstars but haven't received one yet. This is terrible for USA players I don't know any other ewallet that takes USA players. Does anyone else? I want someone that will make it easy for me too access cash outs. I mainly cash out with my ewallet... Any suggestions? This is worst then when Full Tilt Poker and Poker stars stopped taking my debit/mastercard

... They are making it harder and harder for us too play.. I wonder if that is their intention or is it a epassporte issue does anyone know more information?

Ive used the echeck on full tilt poker but not on Poker stars. I use epassporte for cashout mainly.. for deposit I use echeck at full tilt or gift cards for Poker STars.. I like having the epassporte I would cash out Mon have my money in my epassporte Tues night and have access too it with my epassporte visa immediately... but not no more. too cash out a check it takes much much longer like weeks.

This really bugged me when I heard about it, because just yesterday I loaded my epassporte with some funds to deposit into full tilt and pokerstars... And now it's just stuck in the epassporte account, completely useless...

Don't complain on here, complain to the people who can do something about it, ur elected member, congressman whatever. flood their email, jam their phone lines and fill there snail mail box. you have the power to do it,,,,so do it.

Not to sound like being proactive in the political system is bad, but I can't tell you how many times I've written/called/emailed my congressmen, about an array of subjects, and have yet to yield any results... At least by complaining about it on a forum we're venting our frustrations, haha

hi

epassporte have announced they are no longer taking US business BUT you should be able to cash out you epassporte account ... so it isnt dead money or lost ...

this isnt a mess like the neteller situation was from reports I have heard people have been able to get money from their epassporte account no problem (just now the transfers to poker wont happen) I guess they are going to give people time to empty their epassporte accounts without need for a panic

in terms of alternative payment processors the sites will all be trying to sort out other alternatives to ePassporte

I'll let you know when they start to come up with new processors

sounds good in theory but politicians can't tell businesses online or in the real world how to run their business...they can make suggestions but to flat out tell them how to run their business they can't...atleast i think im right on this....lol

I thought they told banks not to accept gambling transactions.
