Bob should name and shame this scum in a special section with in the forum, so we can all take some sort of shot at this juvenile punk cheet bastards.
No matter what game we see this scum in we should all endeavour to destroy there game/fun, we should put them all on our buddie list's and actively seek them out to give them s*** !

Ok a frequent member here for some months now, and because I like to play poker in the cheapest way possible freerolls are my favourite.
And I "discovered" the password freerolls a couple of months ago. And at this stage I am member of several forums, both Norwegian forums and international forums, I even run my own personal forum for some of my friends.
And the discussion around the whores is an everlasting discussion on EVERY forum, and frankly I am sick of it. ONE of the main reason why I am member of this site is because I might have been given a password on a site, and maybe even I joined the freeroll and then became a member here afterwards, maybe even I have distributed a password, not by accident, but on purpose, really dont think so, I am not even sure if I have joined your freerolls. But I have posted some of my thoughts, and that is my mission.
Most of the forums have 50-200$ freerolls, and if you take a closer look at the names that have joined the freerolls they are 50% exclusive members, 25% peoples like me that are members everywhere, and the final 25 are thieves, its a problem but not big enough to REALLY wanting to do something about it.
Us Scandinavians are a bit lucky because we have a lot of money, so the 50 dollars the excellent and hard working dude scrawnybob throws at us is just pocket money, thats probably why I never have really put much effort in your freerolls, we also have forums and they throw big bones like 500-2000$ freerolls from time to time, and the poker sites gives us that much cash because they see the economy of it. And that is also why the poker sites dont care if there are thieves among us.
This forum is one of the few forums that are represented with regular freerolls on the biggest site in the world, so I guess WE have a problem with thieves, and just IF we REALLY wanted to solve the problem we could work it out

Every week i keep track on 75 sites, and most of them offers a password freeroll, if I find a decent freeroll I want to join, I google the name of the freeroll, and very often I find the password, if not I do the searcing on the "thief-sites", and if I am really keen I do some asking around. And I ALWAYS join the forum that are hosting the freeroll. And for my own sake I post on the best of them, like this one! Only a post or two weekly, but enough to be recognized....
Now I guess many of you are really angry at me, because you think I am spreading the 4king passwords everywhere, believe me I am NOT, I guess I am proud, because I have been personally responsible for getting quite a few members into this site. I have a strict policy, if I find the password WIDE open, then I share (together with the forum name) but if it is a rule of posting or anything else, then I dont share, members only is something we have to protect, but from where I stand I disagree, I respect it and follow the rules, but I still disagree.
And for the multi-million companies that are running the industry, they are better off keeping us forums separated, then they can keep offering good deals to them who have the highest value in their opinion, and dont offer a really good system to prevent "thieves", it is not in their interest, and probably never will be....

May I ask this Question:- Why if people have so much money do they rip paswords off and Interfere with this Forums Poker League ?
Maybe you can make some agreement with the pokerrooms that only people who are on a list. (just make one in the forum) can join.
Because there are too many ways to get to the passwords.
There are even sites (like pokerfreerollpasswords) where members from forums are giving away private passwords. So if we want to solve this problem the only way is a list.
But that's my opinion.

Are you kidding me? I don't care what your rationalization for sharing passwords is, it's wrong.
It's so easy to become a member of a forum and get them the legal way. There will always be people out there trying to get something for nothing and that's called stealing.
When people join our games that don't belong to this forum they are cheating the real members! All our games are league games and they mess up the stats for the league as well as taking the prize money they are not intitiled to.
As for it bringing in new members, that's a crock! All someone has to do is check out the private games section of any poker room and they have the information to join any particular forum.
As a password stealer and sharer, I will be surprised if you're able to stay at this forum much longer. In my opinion you should be banned
I did a write up but then decided to delete it.It's a shame password sharing goes on but that is what it has come to.
I'm not desperate for the 2 bucks so I don't play in the ones on that forum.I play in the league ones here and some other forums as you are getting a lot more from a game.
But if it's going to be spoilt by members who just reg and hope to cash and don't worry about how many points they get then I will stop playing them.

If $50.00 is chump change to scandinavians why the hell do you play freerolls? If i had a lot of $ i wouldn't be waisting my time in no freerolls. Matter of fact i would be playing high stakes tables online or live. I don't have a lot of $ and i don't even play freerolls.

just to step in as I read and re-read nowayamigo post - and I think it maybe a bit OTT to jump on him specifically
I think what he said was that if passwords at a site are not clearly protected or private then this is different - to a point I see what he is getting at
he also most importantly said -

he meets the requirements on those sites ... again which is fine
so the issue comes up when the password gets thrown around by members to non members ... which I think he quite clearly implied ... he doesnt do with ours but has used passwords that have leaked
the issue here IMHO is more with the leaker than the people who use the passwords
he acknowledges that alot of people do at most sites and I think his point was the poker rooms are not going to stress about it (for the most part they aren't) and it is just an eternal problem faced at all sites ... which it is
on the pokerfreerollpasswords site side of things - we have reached some sort of agreement which we will see how it works - ie. our passwords cannot be posted their and anyone who does will be dealt with
we can in theory post our games on there with info ... now I am not going to start posting each and every game over there (without password but info on how to join etc) I've put up one thread explaining how we work (10+ decent posts etc) what we regularly run and basically made it clear our games our private members only games
The bottom line is our passwords are not to be shared or posted elsewhere - and those that do will get banned
but lets not single out one members who hasnt actually necessarily given our passwords out - just made a few valid points about the realities of it all

this idea has been brought up a few times b4 it is a good idea but some sites and forums don't like to do that.. because of the hassel i think...but i don't know alot about the business side of this all
