What ypc did with my personal id , i mean i request a bankroll for Ultimate bet since that is the only poker program i have no account yet , and then after 3 weeks of requesting this is what i get ...

Sorry you had this kind of problem with them. I play there a good bit and have had no trouble. Sometimes in life you just have to play the game. If you want an account there, send the email as they suggest. They can probably get it straigtened out for you.

Well, your post sure confused me.I didnt understand what you wrote,so you should call and talk to them.Or get somebody to write for you.But from what i did understand,Perhaps you made a Ultimatebet account a long tima ago and forgot.If not,call them and be nice and punctual.
I did have an ultimatebet account,but I wrote them and closed it.I got ripped after playing 4hours twice,right before the money in a freeroll,so never will i waste my time there again.,but thats my prob.

Yep these small sites are very dangerous as they would for sure request your ID because of those free no deposit bonus but we never know what they are really doing with it

I would say UltimateBet is NOT a small site - its one of the longest most established sites

Personally I really liked it in the old days - unfortunately with recent events at UltimateBet and sister site Absolute Poker with a couple of staff security issues I'm not that happy recommending them for the moment - but I think they have got their house in order and so I think in a while we will be happy to recommend them again

in terms of the ID / account issue - I would suggest that its worth keeping in communication with them and trying to help them get to the bottom of the issue

the one thing that springs to mind is that it may be a conflict of accounts over other sites in their network - they dont make much of the fact the greentiepoker and the old devilfish sites are on the same network ...

could it be that you had accounts with those sites ... this might be the issue ... mention it to them and see what they say

while they had the NeoNeo and potripper issue I do think they are making the effort to sort themselves out and the support used to be reasonably ok

as with all support alot of it comes down to how they are approached - bear in mind they deal with really arsy people all day ... and 9/10 the customer is actually wrong / mistaken

I'm not suggesting this is the case for you ... but it is worth thinking "how would I cope with doing their job" when most of what they have to deal with is rude, angry players who generally have made a mistake and not the site etc

Ye that's true , i dont even mind about the issues they have, i have spend more then 3 weeks to get the bankroll i requested and after all that time , they tell me it's not available since they found a account i have with my personal info on it , which is impossible since i only have 1 account made , when i heared about ypc , i signed up threw their links , why would i request a bankroll if i did have a account their , never had one ... then i would have preferd to ask for full tilt , or any other site, but that's the point i cant since im a member of all those sites except the one UB . I sended ub a email , i got no response , and im tired of being soft , always soft on them , always polite , but going threw 3 weeks of waiting and sending my id 3x ! , i was like ok now im getting it , and then hearing i dont .. made me .. you know .

Still trying, ill see what they tell me, and no i got no old account nowhere from ub ..
