Virgin WSOP League

Don't know what happen with Virgin tonight. The WSOP League game froze after about 20 minutes then kicked me off and as yet I can't get back on to Virgin at all. Looks like it's a bad night for poker

They have been having problems with Boss network for ages.

They paused then cancelled all games.

I went on to live support and although the game says it's still paused it has been cancelled. They said send the following information by email and the buy in will be refunded.

hi all

yes - Virgin contacted me straight away this morning to apologise for the problems that the whole of the Boss Network have been having

I think they are as frustrated as you guys - and they are keen to get the games sorted so we can get last nights game rescheduled and the final game on track

they were most upset with the situation - which in fairness isnt their fault or a problem at their end but with the network end

I'll get back to you all when we have a new date sorted

I have received my buy in back.

As you know Bob I am a member of another forum who are sponsored by them and we have had thread up on thread about disco,being dealt no cards,cards dealt face down and some other problems.

We know it's not Virgins fault but it has been going on for a while now you would of thought the network they are on would of solved the problems.
