Just won 1$ in a freeroll at Titan Poker - but

When I tried to play in the lowest limit cash game (minimum buy-in $1.00), I was told I didn't have sufficient funds - WHY?

Because I am Canadian and they converted the $1 to CAD$ = .98 cents

If I was from the good old U.S.A. it would have been OK (maybe I should move).

Shouldn't funds only be converted on a cash out?

that does suck but as for your comment"if i was from the good old usa it would have been ok"....you're wrong there ...Titan is closed to people from the usa and israel...and yes i agree that it should only be converted on a cash out

Yeah, that sucks. If you won one buck then you could play in min $1 tables.
One question if I reach the same position than you in this freeroll I win $1 american dollar, why you dont? I cant understand...

That blows. I would email their support to see if that's something they will consider changing in the future. Play hard during a freeroll and can't use the dough man what a site.
