I went out 4th (bubble man here :P), and again jacks burned me.
Being chip leader, he won me a hand holding a worst hand and hitting one of his cards (preflop allin) and later he throw me out with Q4, hitting trips with his 4. (preflop allin again, but I was short stacked).
I'm not have luck against jacks.

Congrats to the three winners!

Hehe -- I downloaded Bodog today for the first time (so I can play the 4king tourneys) and played a freeroll -- made 6th place (out of 907) and won $15.50 ... woohooo!

Default Interesting game on Pokerstars today...???

I was really quite suprised today in the Pokerstars tourney to see what the 'calling ranges' were of alot of the players. When shortstacks were shoving to get 'first-in vigorish' (and some fold equity you'd think??) they'd be getting called by mod.-sized stacks (smallish,.. but not small,.. maybe 10'M') by hands like J-9, J-6, K-7o, etc.
One of note was an extremely tight player who'd shoved once and was called, only to showdown KK. Again, in position, no limpers and not yet in desperation mode, they shoved again (I think from cutoff, and not till a few rounds later,. .they were EXCESSIVELY tight),. this time with A-K,... and were called by J-9.
Just not used to seeing such LOOSE calling ranges by players??? It got me to wondering if I even had any fold equity if I happened to shove with say around 5 'M',... and as you can see,... I guess I didn't, lol,.. even though I managed to get it in as a 4:1 fav. preflop and was looking even sweeter on the turn.

Check this one out: (I love it,... sort of...???)

oh yah,... I'm 'JanisSoprano' (aka Poker Orifice,. 'DeepchapChopra' on Fulltilt)

Sometimes the best decisions don't always happen to be the right decisions.

Default Cake game 7/15

This was a crazy game! Things and people moved/went out so fast I couldn't keep up. It seemed that almost every time people went all in, the guy with the least likely hand won. I know this happens, but I've never seen so many people go in with nothing and come out with all the chips. What a game!
