Default Discuss FullTilt v PokerStars Buy-in League Games

hi all

this is just a general thread for discussions of the FullTilt v PokerStars buy-in League Games

feel free to start lots of others if you like - but thought a bit of structure might be useful for discussing the league games - so there will be the one here for the US Open League III Games

and another to Discuss Non US League III Games

and another to Discuss US Open III Games

obviously I'd hope the threads dont get spoilt by people who dont read rules etc and justing password / where are etc questions - they will be deleted (as they are generally as the rules are IMHO so damn obvious to find etc)

anyway over to you ...

cheers scrawnybob

Default FullTiltPoker VRS Stars League

I would truly love to have the opportuntiy to participate in a league of this kind. I play all the SNG's on Fulltilt and find the poker playing much more genuine. Free tables bring to many who want to flop their 1k buy-in and distrupt tthe flow of tables. A league would certainly foster competition between sites but also elevate the level of play. Great idea and I want to participate.

The series will run over 12 weeks on both Fulltilt and Pokerstars.
The games are on a Sunday at 3pm and 7pm EST alternating the times for each site each week.

They are all $1 buyin games with $50 added prize money.

The games are private and the passwords are sent to all members with a 10+ quality post count.

If you haven't yet signed up to either of these sites, then please download the software through the forum links and use the bonus codes provided. Here are the links to the site reviews for the download and info Fulltilt and Pokerstars

More exact information is available here for dates and times.

The first games in the series start this Sunday 6th July.

GL.

???.. please,.. your 'over-confidence' might just be your biggest leak,.. either that or 'underestimating your opponents',.. .but maybe I should just stay quiet??.. too late for that now, lol. I will not be regularly beaten by someone who slowplays AA preflop in a multi-way pot,.. no way,... no how, lol.
Let's just see how things pan out over the long haul shall we?? Not all the players in this league are freeroll pros,.. happen to know that a handful of them play in some bigger buy-ins with some doing quite well in them. Some with great ROI's in the micro buy-ins too!!!
Your enthusiasm is great though. see ya on the rail,. oops,... I mean tables.. sorry... hee hee hee
