Usually when someone calls me a fish, it is because I have their chips and they are pissed. Seriously I love it when someone bets too low and gives you odds to call a draw, and then when you hit, they get all jacked and start calling you a fish. I used to like to wind them up more by saying 'Yes I am a donk...a donk with your chips.' Or 'you know what a definition of a donk is...a superior player'

I've called all the other players fish when I was forced to be all-in because of stack size and had crappy cards that I'd never call with, if I had a choice. So the flop is a dream come true and I win. So to be funny I called the other players fish. I hope everyone knew I was kidding. Maybe they thought I was a donkey. I don't know.

There is one guy(from other site) in particular that was 1st to 3rd on leader boards most of the time, friendly, seemed really nice to me & all till... I started playing on that site and knocked him out a few times and got to 1st, 2nd or 3rd place every month since I started playin there. Now, I am a donk, fish & my fav "River Queen". He rags on me constantly! But the others & his friends can make same play, call or bet and it's "vn, nh or wtg!" I am seriously starting to think it's cuz I am girl! It used to really bother me, but I have found that when he starts his crap, I just say to him "ty, I try, or just lol" and he is the one that gets upset!! (very p ee-o'd!) & starts swearing! I just laugh it off!

hmm...i dont mind being called a fish if i am playing like one...the only way it should bother you is if you feel there is some truth to the statement
