I had the same problem. you have to go to support and email them and tell them that you are wanting to enter a tourny with this forum and you would like to be verified asap. that is what I had to do and it took about 30 min and i got an email back saying that I was verified
Just send a direct email from a messenger service. Its support@carbonpoker.com. Then kindly let them know you need your account verified. They usually dont take very long to reply. Best of luck.

if carbon is using 1 gig of your ram u got serious problems....i only got 512mb of ram and i can run 10 poker programs at once with no lag at all...might wanna get that checked
I will not even run it on my computer with 2 gigs of ram ... it ends up trashing my system in a matter of minutes.
Hell ... let me start it up on my other computer - and see what resources its using ... instantly.
So just opened it up - opened up two tables.
Its using 127k of RAM. Thats pretty bad, but not the end of the world... but still bad, especially for a poker game.
Where it thrashes though is its requested RAM ... right now its demanding 597K of RAM be available to it.
Put that in perspective ... Explorer (windows main shell) has been open for days on this computer - Explorer is demanding 208K ... oh and make that 615K for Carbon ... it constantly goes up because of whatever is leaking.
Carbon also, with two tables open - is running 62 threads. Explorer? 29
