Well most carbon tables i've inspected have a 45%+ players in the pot ratio at the lower limits.

I figured 20% for tolerance and with that environment in mind I think that would be tight

Yep, 3 or 4 simultaneous tables from the Group 3, playing tight.
You only need to play about 120 diary hands to get the entry to every restricted tourney.
