It seems like a fine thought, but with his reraise on the flop to my reraise it seems he was dead set on getting it all in on the flop or turn no matter what. Obviously I'm a very agressive player who doesnt like to get pushed around, so that makes it hard to check. The only things I ever really do is raise and fold, sometimes I'll check/call but that is very situation dependant.
