You gotta bet for value here so i'm all in cos im not folding to a re-raise
I'm thinking the only hand you gotta worry about here is KQ
and if he has that its just unlucky
Its always better to celebrate the good days than brood over the bad days

A bet any place before the river and I fold straight away. I thought the same thing you did and I did push here.

    Total pot: $35.87 | Rake: $1.79

Was the good option in my view too. You caught a full house on the river and have probably more than 95% being favorite so that you need to grab more $$ with a raise, plus the way the action gone, your opponent slow played his trip and hoped for you to catch something, which happened on the river for his own disgrace.
    Thank's for the free cards.

Hmm, folding trips fives is not really an option unless you think he's got a king. If that were the case he almost certainly would have bet before the river. Another nice win.

Maybe i'm missing something but other then a lousy bluff what could compel the other guy to bet $5 on a river card of a 5 ?

To start off, he was holding a FH - Fives full of Kings, not a set.

Secondly, don't underestimate the bad players at these limits. Hero raised preflop and with that board it's likely the guy could've had some kind of K10, KJ scenario on the flop. If in fact he did have a king I find it mostly unlikely for that type of player to bet out knowing he is letting Hero take pot control.

I don't see the river being a bluff because if he wanted to fire a barrel bluff, why would he wait until the river to do it? Seems like he was trying to get some sort of value by checking it down and hoping Hero hit some piece of the board...little did he know he got one of two cards that likely has him VERY dominated.

i personally would of just called as in my opinion there are hands more likely i lose to than beat

    beat AK / KJ / K 10 (note k j / k 10 are less likely than hands below)
    cant beat 99 / qq / kq

+ added to the fact hes betting 5 dollar into 2.50 increases his chance

turns out the guys a donkey but if he never had a fullhouse i cannot believe he did not bet the turn(assuming he had trips) as 10 / j would of put middle pin on the board.

I think I raise, there are more hands that would call a raise that we beat, than we dont.

We lose to KK (unlikely), K9, K5 (unlikely) and KQ, QQ (unlikely) & 99.

We beat all Ks, and JT, all Qs, 9s and bluffs.
