Default What would you bet here?

Ok you are playing a $1/$2 table. And have a decent read on most players.

SB = $133.95 (only plays premium starting hands and raises)
BB = $71.88 (folds to steals almost 100% of time)
5 = $90 (likes to see flops, and constantly rebuys to $90 if below)
4 = $257.50 (Very solid, not seen him lose showdown yet)
3 = $184 (Very solid, but likes to play hands against Seat 5, folds post flop often to bet)
2 = $197 (Just bought into table for $200 and folded blinds)
    Me = $234.80
Button = $211.41 (Solid player that likes to play in position)

    You are dealt KA
    Seat 5 calls $2
    Seat 4 calls $2
    Seat 3 raises to $11
    Seat 2 folds
    Me raises to $25.50
    Button folds
    SB folds
    BB folds
    Seat 5 calls
    Seat 4 folds
    Seat 3 calls

    Flop 95J

    Seat 5 checks
    Seat 3 checks

    My assessment of situation is
Seat 5 probably on flush draw, and
Seat 3 will either fold to a bet or re-raise but only if they have overpair or hti set.

    Pot has $81.50 in it.
    Seat 5 has $64.50
    Seat 3 has $158.50
    I have $209.30

    What should I bet?

It's a tough spot and an ugly board for your AKo for sure but you pretty much have to bet because of the story you told preflop.

I would go for a half-pot bet and if you get raised by seat 3 you can shut it down and cut your losses.

If the donk in seat 5 shoves you can just call and hope to outdraw/holdup against whatever he's got.

A smaller bet would just look weak and you don't want to overcommit in case 3 has a big hand.
