Default DoubleDeuce $6 Satty, tough spot on bubble

Okay so here's kind of a tough spot on the ticket bubble of a $6 Turbo Sattelite to the $22-DoubleDeuce on Fulltilt.
5 players left & we've already popped the Money bubble (5th is guar. $14, with Top4 getting $22).
One Bigstack on the table 4 others with <10bb's.

    250/500 (50a)
    Laserblind (4,655) - folds
    cucumbersnow (10,590) - ALLIN
    HERO (3,325) - with AK - ?????
    rapidut(SB) (3,760)
    klaerebaer (BB) 2,170

ChipLeader shoves ALLIN. We have AKo on the button... what do we do?
If this was the actual bubble where 5th goes out & gets 'zero' than I'd say this is clearly an easy fold.. BUT.. with 5th getting guar. of $14.... what do we do here?

Obviously if we call & win this pot we're guar. the $22 & if we call & lose.. well.. obv again only $14.
Can we afford to fold & cross fingers? (BB will be on us in 2hands & then we'll likely be the SS on the table). Will we get another spot as good as this one?
ChipLeader hasn't been overly abusing their position of power (& we're thinking, "not necessary for them to be shoving here without a hand... just no benefit to it as it'd be far smarter to just fold and let the others battle it out as there's no benefit to accumulating more chips here with a stack of this size in a satellite. I believe that ChipLeader is a good enough player to understand this... and have seen them on tables often enough in the past).

So.... WWYD (what would you do)??

fwiw, I'm going to try to post a bunch more HH's... ones I consider to be either interesting or 'trouble' spots. Hoping it'll make for some interesting discussion on the forum here.
PS Scrawny... get in here & start posting!! (< lol)

If your read is solid, it's an easy fold.

No need to be (at best) flipping with 3 others in your same situation.

Someone else will most likely crack before you do so get it in the muck!!

BTW, folded KK in a tough spot yesterday in a sat to the $75k,

Stacks were smaller but wasn't too much different to this hand you mention.

You've just gone thru the blinds and someone else is more likely to bust than you are.

Don't be a hero with AK!!

Fold I think, and hope for one of your table mates to take the bait and root for the chip leader.

At best you're probably 50-50 and as you said, there's no reason for him to be pushing junk considering that he could probably just go AFK and finish in the top 4.

Just to make a couple pts. on the flipside...
We're likely ahead here 65/35 or fillping at worst (even if we're 65/35 it's probably a fold). If I had TT+ here there's be no question at all.. the chips would go in.

Have you guys been in a satty (late levels) and then one orbit later you're the shortstack, blinds go thru you & now ur desperate, wishing you'd made that call with the AK & taken your chances? (I have... on more than one occassion < doesn't make calling the correct play).
Also, with 5th getting $14 I think it changes things slightly (although maybe not much).

    to be cont'd......

    Unlucky that you didn't hit.

I totally understand what you mean about getting short stacked and looking back at a hand that you probably should have played.

You can get short real fast in these so you don't want to be passing up any decent opportunities to get into that safe zone.

I still think you could have folded the AK and got your ticket but with the $14 on offer if you bust now, you're only playing for an extra $8.
