Well call me a donk. I don't understand when people say A K isn't a "made" hand so don't over play it. To me it's all about chance to win, and A K is a fav. over all unpaired hands, coin flip with most paired starting hands. Hard to put someone on KK or AA when you have a A and a K in your hand. To me, the BB misplayed his hand. I didn't like all the rerereraising for either of them, but after the flop, with no A, I would of bet a good amount, at least pot, probably more. Then he'd have a leg. compaint if AK calls. Don't see the pt. in checking, You'd have to think btn has smaller pair or AK, and maybe AQ, which you'd hope for a reraise and get all your chips in. IMO, he let the AK get lucky by checking the flop, then calling the bet after the turn when he had to think most likely he lost. Thats my opinion.

AK folding any bet on the flop is just as bad as KK only calling a re-re raise
