I find this more frustrating in omaha hi low. If I have a great low hand the flop comes high and vice versa. And the perfect wrap hands do not come enough but that is poker.

On days when this happens it's easy to go on tilt but it just part of the game. Eventually it will turn around and you'll run good.

if you are a preflop raiser you should make contiuation bet depending on how the others are playing. if tight about 3/4 pot and it is yours, if loose you can try betting or simply give up the hand. if you are on late position you have to consider your opponent move. if he bets you can reraise him much to make him fold if he plays loose or give up i think when he's tight. there should be no calling i think
