Sure if you come up with the questions ill be happy to awnser them and give the reason why i choose the awnser to that question .

Q 5 : Straight with 8 outs ,
Outs. 8- 17% One Card 32% With two cards 4.7 One card odds2.2 two card odds .
So the awnser = B , but it should be 9 total .

Calculation goes : 1/8 = 0.125 + 1 = 1.125 x 8 = 9 .

Q 6 : In 1967, Texas hold 'em was first played at the Golden Nugget Casino in Downtown Las Vegas.

Q 7 : D All the cards under the 10 , Since you can only make a royal with 10 J Q K A . And This type can only be played with 6 players max .

Q 8 :
It aint howard cause his nickname is The Proferssor.
