What Poker book to buy first?

I'd have to trust the views of a poker book ADDICT lol.

I'm just thinking there's alot I'm missing out on by not reading some of these and hope it will bring my game to a higher level.

Now the next question: Anyone know a site to pick up poker books on the cheap?

Yup.. 'addict' would be an understatement coming from a fk'd up book freak who's probably still a bit in denial about it all (I mean come on... the librarians all know me on first name basis... .they've even purchased a handful of new books for the library (In a town of 7,000 people, to get HOH Cash games on the shelves is kinda spoiled imo.. also BLuff mag supscript. etc... yah.. I read a bunch of the mags. too.. not to mention all the stuff online I could get my hands on).

I purchase all of mine from Amazon (well.. almost all of them). I've picked up a couple books before thru PokerXfactor & got a few days all-access membership to their site for a bonus. ALOT of books I've just ordered thru my local library ("inter-libary book loan".. can usually get 3 at a time, for shorterm use only. Fill out some forms, they find them from another library (~1,000 mile radius) they get it in usually in a week or so. I've taken out in excess of 30books this way, some of them 3 & 4times. << Like I mentioned.. I have a sickness.... I am an ADDICT!
.. some of the books I've purchased I had previously read via library but liked them so much I went out & bought them.

I'm a big fan of Dan Harrington's books, and I'm now reading his 6th one. I also like TJ Cloutier's How to Win the Championship final table book. If you want to learn games other than holdem then there's Super System II, and the Full Tilt Poker Guide (with emphasis on the chapters by Ted Forrest).
