NB. You mention you have already made min deposits at some rooms which will have used up the opportuninty to get the maximum 1st deposit bonus on your planned deposit - some of them have reload bonuses but don't tend to be such good offers
Given that you have a reasonable $400-$500 to deposit I would recommend you use this to get the maximium 1st deposit bonus at a new site (although I recommend poker.com & fulltilt are good sites you won't be able to make the most of depositing there without the 1st deposit bonus)
For a deposit of this size and your list of posible sites I would suggest
HollyWood Poker is a good option with several bonus options between 100% and 500% up to $1000 - check the requirements are appropiate to the level of games you play to clear the bonus
Hollywood Poker is part of the pokerRoom / OnGame network so has a big amount of games at all times and players are pretty weak too - I am a big fan of PokerRoom and the other sites like HollyWood Poker on this network.

Party Poker for this size of deposit as their bonus is only 25% up to $100 and personally I think there are better sites to play at

As a European player you have all the sites open to you - if you have a good computer then
PKR 3D poker is a great site for 3D experience, growing quickly and the players seem to be fairly weak and easy to beat.
Three other sites which are smaller but up and coming with good bonuses are -
Mansion Poker (100% up to $1000 bonus) & Tony G Poker (200% up to $400 bonus) which are both on the same network - currently small but rapidly growing and have good promotions and the signup bonus is good.
Jungle Poker they have a 200% bonus - Jungle Poker is part of a small but growing network with some really slick and pleasant graphics and software.
The above sites maybe worth downloading and playing in freerolls etc before depositing - so you get a feel for them
Celebpoker is on the
BOSS network he same as
PokerHeaven which is popular network with Europeans and the players are very easy to beat - PokerHeaven have a 100% up to $200 bonus which is fairly easy to clear I personally like playing at PokerHeaven
