Just wanted to mention, that I am trying to convince RedKings support to send me the automated info emails in English as since a few weeks I receive them in French.
No support tells me that the email language is choosen by the IP (see Email from support below) and not adaptable... So will this mean, that when my next business travel heads me to e.g. Spain and I play there on RedKings, I'll receive then the emails in Spanish?
Anyway I do not understand why I get the emails in french, as in SWITZERLAND we have three official languages: GERMAN, FRENCH and ITALIEN (actually another fourth on called Romantsch which we do not consider here). The biggest part of Switzerland is german speaking and I live in Zurich where the normal language would be german,
so why the hell do I get then the emails in french? English would be just fine for me.
It do not really understand their reasoning and system with the language beeing bound to the IP. Maybe someone of you can help me to understand why this should be better than a freely choosable language...
Bob: do you have any further information on this, as it sounds a bit ridiculous for me?
