What to do???

I usually make all my deposits with pokerstars through my credit card or click2pay BUT recently I thought i would do a bank transfer (BIG MISTAKE).... i relised afterwards it can take up to 4 working days.................BUT.................... it is now going on 3 weeks and still that deposit hasnt gone into my PS account. I have had numerous emails to and from but still nothing, the most recent from them was asking for 'more info' on the deposit ( which was rediculous cause i scanned and sent them the receipt with every peice of info i had). Even though they have everything they need to fix the problem, they keep stuffing about. Anyone with any ideas to help out please let me know.

Does Pokerstars allow USA cash players? I have only played cash at Bodog.

Donna, have you checked with your bank to make sure the transfer went through from their end?
I am highly surprised about you receiving no response from Pokerstars.

Yes i do..Wish i knew about this before we met..could have told u that bank transfer's are all most like sending them a check..takes way too long..and way to difacult at times..

Oh yeah... checked with the bank....went crazy, it took an absolutely abusive message from me 7-8weeks after initial deposit for the money to turn up in my account!!!!!

That is so unlike anything else I've heard about deposits on Pokerstars.
