New FPP System
Lets start this off by saying I play alot of micro limit. I noticed about a week ago I'd started getting fractions of FPP's, did a little research on the net and read that fractional FPP's are to help out micro players.
I thought this was fantastic news, maybe I can get a free Tee Shirt with the hat before the account dries up.
However, the opposite seems to be true, I'm playing the same amount of time, if anything larger pots than what I'm used to seeing but I'm averaging half the FPP's I was getting before this new improvement.
Can anybody shed some light on this?

It may be interesting fo you to know that when I was clearing a bonus in one poker site (not Stars) in the beginning I was easely earning 10 points in 2 hours. But when I was finishing my bonus I was able to earn 2-3 points in the same time. Very, very strange.

Looks like a bit of a bump from way back when so I’d like to give a little update on my FPP situation.
At the time of this original post I was chasing a $50 deposit bonus, maybe chasing a little too hard.
If I remember rightly I needed 500FPP’s. All went well for the first 400 and then it went South. I ran so cold it was unreal and my roll plummeted to $20 barely scraping by to hit the bonus. Then I wasn’t really interested in chasing FPP’s anymore and started grinding the penny tables. FPP’s have been anywhere from 2-5 a night but I doubled my investment, sent it to a buddy, left myself $20 and rolled that into another $200.
I have a few buddies that play on Pokerstars that have told me that they had sent of for merchandise and never received it. Others that told me it was junk so I guess I wanted to find out for myself.
In December I finally had 1200FPP’s (Black Hat and T-Shirt) so I sent off about 1 week before Christmas, 2 days after Christmas my present to myself arrived and in my opinion they both look pretty sharp and I'll be wearing them on my next trip to the boats. The funny thing is a few people that said it was junk asked me where I got my hat, kind of ridiculous question when I’m spouting a big Pokerstars logo on my head.
So in closing, my experience of buying merchandise with FPP’s was a totally positive one and THIS year I’m going to wait for the January sale. I’m thinking Fleece Sweater but I’m not in a big hurry to get enough FPP’s, lesson learned.
There it is, I said something nice about Pokerstars (Pats self on back)
P.S I would be interested in hearing what your favourite items are in the store and I promise to whine alot less but not stop compleletely

Yeah, I got a lot of nice comments from my black Pokerstars shirt XXL for 600 fpp's.
I have 1093 fpp's and I want to win the backpack which has a divider for a laptop for 2500 points. I noticed when I moved up from the 1/c 2/c tables to the 2c/5c tables, that I consistently have been draining my bankroll just to get more fpp's Might have to drop back down a level.
I have 90 of the 750 fpp's needed to get the $10 reward for the stellar rewards program. Good luck acquiring more gear.

Well, I lied about chasing FPP's can't get enough of them!!!
Playing Omaha only so can't comment on Hold 'em. .02/.05 and .05/.10 are tough for me. So much draw betting/draw min raising and just plain donk calling that it's tough (for me) to get a real grip on the game. Spend most of my time treading water at those levels.
Now, here's where I get dumb. Playing .10/.25 I make the same profit v hands played as 001/002 so the only benefit for me is the silverstar status and those lovely fpp's that I can't seem to get enough off. Currently getting the 1.5 multiplier but risking 5x more money. If my luck turns sour I guess I'll just have to drop down.
Been checking the FPP store pretty regularly and couldn't help but notice that it seems like 50-60% of the clothing/gadgets/poker accessories seem to be permanantly out of stock (including my fleece sweater)
As soon as I get enough points I figured I'd send an e-mail and see if they plan on getting more or the items are discontinued.
"Who's next?"
