Tournament Dollars??
I don't play very often on Pokerstars (mostly just private tournaments and occassionally some other tournaments >>> usually the $11 buyin 3,000chip/15min. blind ones.... structure is fairlyl decent in those for the price).
I am planning on playing on there more often (mostly due to being sick of the Fulltilt Donkaments..... even the $26donkaments have terrible play in them - I played the $22 DoubleDeuce and was on a table with players who looked worse than freerollers), hoping to play some of the Daily$80k, & Daily$70k $55 buyins but will be playing some of the $5 turbo rebuy satellites for them.
Ok... my question is this >> how does it work as far as T$'s goes on Pokerstars? Do you just unreg. from the tournament and then have the T$'s show up somewhere in your account? (<< I've never seen a spot for them there??). Fulltilt's seems so simple and I'll often play some satellites and then with that money (after unreg.) I will play more satellites and then attempt to build it up with intentions of playing some marginally bigger buyin MTTs (or for stuff like a bunch of the MiniFTOPS Events).
So... how does it work with T$'s on Stars?
tks for your help.Brad Booth - > "Like a fight... it's not how you start, it's how you finish"

This is from Stars page, hope it helps.
Poker Tournament Dollars (T$) - PokerStars Exclusive
As the world's largest online poker site, PokerStars is proud to offer a unique Tournament Dollar system. When you qualify to any event through a satellite (excluding the W$ events discussed below), you have the option to unregister from the target event and receive Tournament Dollars (T$). T$ can be used to register in any PokerStars tournament or combination of tournaments, including Sit & Gos, special events, and satellites. If you win multiple seats to the same target event, the value of these seats will be automatically credited to your T$ account. T$ differ from real money, because they cannot be used in ring games - only for buying into tournaments.
To check your T$ balance at anytime, please visit the cashier window through the lobby.

YUP!! Perfect... thanks!
Around a year ago I had won a satellite on Pokerstars and actually wrote to support asking them if I could unregister from it and then use the $'s to play something else some other time. I must've gotten a totally noob support personel because at the time they told me that I couldn't. I wrote them back asking if they were sure about this. They responded by telling me that 'yes' I could unregister from it.. but no I could not use the $'s for anyother tourney or SNG other than the tourney to which I'd won the satellite for (seemed ludicrous and decided to play the tourney that day anyways, lol).
Maybe I'll start playing more satellites on Stars. I actually do intend to play more on there and would like to get into their med.stake MTT buyins (or just above the micros anyways).Brad Booth - > "Like a fight... it's not how you start, it's how you finish"
