    Default Pokerstars Mail respons?

    Hi there. i just wanna know if anyone else has had problems with pokerstars mailrespons. I have played at pokerstars for a year or more now, almost daily... then i Lose my password and try to recover it with no luck. Now I have sent about 4-5 mails to pokerstars support mail every day for 5 days, and still havent heard anything....

    Anyone who has an idea of what to do in my situation..

    Not sure but perhaps they are kinda busy at the moment.... with the 'earthquake' that happened to online poker today (for US players)... see other thread in forum

    when i mailed them for a login problem i allmost got instant (read 15mins )
    and replyed each time with a solution i posted like 10 times
    so often that i thought they wouldent reply anymore
    but they kept replying and solved my problem
    i dont know what happened with your mails
    but everytime i contacted them i had good replys and quick and polite

    If you check the date of the original post (Apr.) perhaps this is a US player who tried to log onto Pokerstars on Black Friday & hadn't heard the news yet. Also, on BlackFriday I doubt that Stars was insta-answering emails to support considering they had probably been swamped with 100,000 of them then.
