My definition of a donkey is, say your hole cards are Ah3h 3 others see the flop, the flop comes Ad3c5c you flopped 2 pair you go all in, 2 players fold, the 3rd player (the donk) has Jc6h he calls (he should have folded) with nothing hoping for runner runner clubs, the turn & river are clubs you loose, this actually happened to me.

That isn't a definition, but a good example of a donk call.
Happens to me frequently. (Not exaclty the same hand, of course)

I stand corrected, it was an example not a definition.

I think people use the word donk lightley I feel sometimes it is warrented like the above example. But I been called it many of times just for general purposes when I had every reason too push.. Just because someone was mad they lost. I am sure its happen too a lot of you too.

The example said: you go all in, 2 players fold, the 3rd player (the donk) has Jc6h he calls (he should have folded)

If you were the third player, and called this allin, then you hadn't another player to push.
But I understand your point.

lol very good example as it happens too often especially in freerolls. i get beat by a runner runner just about at least once a day but i love to and always will put my money i there in these situations

My definition of a donk is someone who does not understand how to play the game of poker.
If they make bad reads or even just play bad cards one after another.
Most donkeys are the ones who go all in with ace-low just because it is an ace in an 8 handed game.
