    not sure if everyone has seen the news but Amir Vahedi has died

    Amir Vahedi Dies After Diabetes Complications

    just thought people might want to know as he was something of a character and many will have seen him occasionally on TV in the "old" days ... think he made the final table in the WSOP moneymaker year

    i doesn´t know him or have see him in tv but RIP from me too. Its hard for his family now but the live goes on.

    I had forgotten all about this and then saw the thread. I heate seeing the old poker players die off. I've only been into poker for about five years, but during that time poker has also lost John Bonetti and Chip Reese. What's gonna be bad is when Doyle finally dies.
