I think it does matter on your ROI(return on investment)if you can double up find another table and try 2 do the same there and so on .... Low % of flops and high pots is diffently good ...If you wanna make the best use of your time on the table

Yea it can go really bad really quick another think to look at it what kind of player you are and what kinda of player do you fair well against. If your a loose player and do well from stealing blinds and pushing people off pots the the low avg. pot size would work better for you. I am A tight player that makes bank from trapping the loose over aggresive so the higher pot size has more of the people that I need to be seated with to have better odds of being in a hand with someone thats just going to keep betting into me and hope to get lucky if I do decide to repop them. You have to test different types of play and tables to see which works best to let you play the game that you want and have it work agaist the other people at the table. And one thing is for sure no one playing style or table will work all the time and it can get real bad real fast so be careful

yes it mainly depends upon the kind of player you are. i am a loose aggressive player hence i prefer table which is short handed. i join a table which has lesser players and try to win as much as possible then when the table gets filled up I tighten my game accordingly.it also depends on the kind of player present on the table.... if there is a loose cannon then I play tight. the motto is to PLAY the Player and not the cards...

table selection is one of the key strategies in poker that give an experienced player
an advantage over an inexperienced player

Sometimes a table goes bad, you have to know when its time to leave (a lot like
knowing when to fold your cards :-)
