I'm sorry Playful I must of missed the first time you asked me PLZ 4GIVE LIMEY 4 DIS OVERSITE. I guess it's my ring table omaha mentality that makes me think this way. More often than not flopping the nuts seems to be an invitation to a bad beat. Although I realize that Omaha is a different game with some vicious swings but my experience and observations of low stakes ($10-$25) Hold 'em that both games play pretty much the same. Obviously if I was playing mid-high stakes I would be pushing the flop and praying nobody called.AGAIN LIMEY WHY WHOULD YOU LIMP IN WITH A MADE HAND
I reread OP just to make sure this post was still relevent
Well, on ring tables I'm not really concerned about the chip leader unless your P.U.T. applies to them too!!!I have found, I am not shy about getting my money in the middle in a ring game, but certainly seems when I am in good, I see more draw outs. On the reverse, I have also given some SICK beats.
Did I do good second time around?
