Raise pre flop. Never limp A9, especially in Cutoff. (fold early, raise late)
But since there is no decision to be made I don't understand why you posted this
0 = XP + (1 - X)(-LV + WH)

Ever think you have a straight and maybe you had one beer too many and go all in and then realize youre straight to ace is missing a Q and then the others think and think and think and call you and you gotta sit and watch all your money go.

I do not like limping into pots especially with hands in late position that have the potential to easily be dominated with A9. Once again you won, so no harm no foul. However, in the future put a 3x to 4x pre-flop raise out there, or fold it. Once again, I try to adhere to if your hand is good enough to be calling a bet, then it should be good enough to be raising.
What were you afraid of there?
AA? AK? AQ? AT? Jx? Without a pre-flop raise the second bet was a shot in the dark. Luckily no one had the righthand to call.

I'd have raised preflop, like everyone else. If you just take the blinds, fine. If someone comes over the top preflop, you're out six cents, where you might or might not fold if someone raises behind you. Then again, I generally dislike just calling preflop, so this may just be my bias showing.
