there is a good article and strategy on how to play cash games specially for micro limits. i got it from another forum, i would love to share them here but im not sure if it will be allowed. BTW, its called Short Stack Strategy (SSS). it works a lot for me and made me move my game to a higher limit.

This is pretty much the A B C poker and BR management style I played when I turned $1 to $1500 on UB. This is a good start. And be prepared to get dogged for being a cash and dash player. You need tons of tables to choose from. Right now FTP and Stars would be the best sites that offer a bunch of micro games to start.

    Default I say stay away

In my opinion the best strategy for micro limit cash games is to stay away...haha. I won about $10 in a freeroll, and turned that into 100 in small cash games, but it took me forever playing low stakes. As soon as I started playing SNG's, my account took off. I think its because of the sloppy play at those stakes???

I have had a few bad spells at cash games, but I have won hundreds in an hour before and that is not likely to happen in tournies, at least not the tournies that I play. You have to be patient, but know when to not be so patient...play tight but know when to loosen up, and play smart, but get lucky a few times too. Scrawny Bob is all over it with his point of knowing the objective...in a tourney you want to outlast everyone else, in a cash game, you want to profit and leave the table when you are up.

Shoot,I just hope to double up my starting stack and then leave and change table,or leave it till the next day I play, this means slow bankroll building, but if you have a lot of accounts with different sites,it`s a sure way of not going on tilt,if I lose my starting money I won`t rebuy,I change site.If I do double up I bank the cash and start again at another table, unless I`m on fire and in the comfort zone and playing less advanced players. These factors will effect %

an experienced player has more advantage over an inexperienced player in tourneys,
because in tourneys there are not only poker strategy and tactics involved, but
tournament strategy also, which the inexperienced players don't understand very well.

in cash games you just have to start out at the lowest levels and figure out how to beat
    them, before you move up.

I,m not a cash game player.I don,t like Ring tables.I find it boring to just sit there and fold fold fold. But sometimes if i have nothing else to do I do like to play an omaha8 RING table. There is always lots of action at Micro Omaha8 games.
