Calling is not the best option for the following reasons:
The blinds are a large proportion of your stack and you do not want to be limping lots of pots only for another player to raise and make your hand un-playable.
If you do limp and no one raises and the blinds check and you see a flop:-
You will only hit the flop 1 out of 3 times
When you miss (2/3 times) the hand becomes very difficult to play - if you bet you will be virtually pot committed (because the pot will be big in relation to your stack) and you will have no idea what range of hand the blinds may have if they play back at you.
Also if you do hit the flop (i.e an A or J) then you are unlikely to be paid off, and can only hope someone has been foolish enough to play a weaker A and will call a bet or 2.
This is a strange thread as there is not an actual hand we are talking about, and we have no information about our opponents or our position/stack sizes etc, but in general I don't think limping with AJ in the middle-later stages of a DoN is a good play.
I'm sure PO will come up with better reasons than me, but this is just my opinion.
