Also, SNG HU play, take advantage of your opponent's tendancies.. .ie. if they're too tight in BB.. then by all means 'minraise' every time you're on BTN.
Also, if I'm bigstack I'm not necessarily calling their shoves light at all. I mean one double up & the table swings to where they're even 'or' they're the chip leader now.
With blinds at 200/400 I'm guessing you're playing 'turbo' sng's? (I don't play turbo anymore). In reg. sng's the blinds often aren't up quite that high when you reach HU & still lots of oppurtunity to take advantage of the other player's tendancies, especially if they're a newer-'ish' player. General rule of thumb > raise wide... call tight. (raising on SB (the btn) & folding in BB...but of course 'it depends', lol... ie. if villain is raising SB every time then for sure we're 3betting him more often).
To keep it simple though, raise when in SB! (you want to be playing bigger pots while in position)
