This was in response to all those who thought GB was just stupid for letting Favre the drama king go.

Favre holds those stats because of his toughness and the Packers willingness to stick with him even as his mentality was causing them to lose time and time again. A lot of other coaches woulda benched his ass with those awwwwwwful streaks. But because of his NAME he remained a starter in GB for all those years and therefore has huge stats. Like I maintained, he's a good tough competitor who was able to have a long career with relative success (winning 1 superbowl). I mean Brad Johnson won a superbowl? Lol. Just offering up an alternate view.

Goodbye Brett, you will be missed by fans, but not by Jets.

lol at case closed, the reason why the jets started losing wasn't because of brett, its because their d sucks and they had 2 starting offensive lineman out and it was bretts 1st year in that system. aaron at least knew the system,, plus at times brett had no choice but to force the issue because of being down by so many points.

Rodgers will have a descent career, but to compare one season's stats to a legend on his way out is ignorant. Wait 10 years or so, then compare.

Yeah you're right his 2 TD's and 7 interceptions in the last three games probablly had nothing to do with it.

I'm not saying Rodgers will ever reach the same statistics as Favre... but for this season he was outplayed totally.
