Default T.J. Housh Finds A New Home

Unrestricted free agent WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh has just been signed by the Seattle Seahawks. Terms of T.J contract are as follows: 5yrs $40 million with $15million guaranteed. This is huge for the Seattle Seahawks, there passing game in 2008 was mediocre at best.
Housh will bring to Seahawks a quality target thats not afraid to go over the middle and take big hits by the secondary. Inside the red zone is where Housh will be the most dangerous. Not blessed with blinding speed, and known as possession receiver T.J. has a nose to find a soft spot in the secondary. In 2007 he caught an astounding 112 catches, 2008 had 92 receptions and will continue this trend in 2009. The Seahawks out bid the Minnesota Vikings to get what i consider to be the most under rated WR in the NFL.

He's a FOOL to sign with Seattle over the vikings. He woulda been a key part of a superbowl caliber team. sad story... now he'll play in the worst division in football for a crap team.

I'm glad he's away from the Bengals. He seems like a stand up guy, and the Bengals a suspect operation. The Bengals keep saying they are going to clean up their act in regards to criminals on their team, and then they go out and sign Tank Johnson. Does his parole officer get a stadium pass or something?

Couldn't agree more, with him... the Vikings could CRUSH this year. I guess we'll just have to run up and down the field inbetween bombs to Berrian and Rice

Hasselback doesn't suck, so this may not be too bad, of course the rest of the team blows so then again. They have some decent receivers in Seattle so he may benefit from spreading the D out.

Maybe they'll plug Seneca Wallace into their anemic backfield. lmfao. They suck.

good for TJ. he needed to get out of Cinn. and Seattle could sure use him.

i will take a long look at him in my next fantasy draft. i think he could have a great year.
