I think Favre needs to stay retired, he keeps retiring from one team to go another team and is looking like a fool in the process IMO.

He has nothing else to prove, he's been a great player in the past and is heading to the NFL Hall Of Fame, but at his age he has nothing left to offer any NFL team on a long term basis.

I agree with derringer. I also think everyone close to him, agents, friends and family are trying to convince him to stay retired. Nobody ever wants to think they are over the hill and i`m sure he could play another year but........ I also do not understand why any team would take him. You cannot build a future with him. If a starter was to get injured early in the season you may as well see how your back up QB can do. I suppose if you were in contention and your starting QB and your back up were both injured you could have him make a comeback mid-season if none of the cheerleaders wanted to throw the ball!!!

I would find all the posts i've made about Favre choking... but i dont feel like it. Once again I stand by my statement that he is a choke artist and the sooner he is outta minnesota the better.
