I would take that spread, but I dont think that they will win it unfortunately, I hate the cheaters im so sick of them, what i don't get is how come the media wants to keep bonds, mcgwire and possibly now roger clemens out of the baseball hall of fame for CHEATING but nothing is said about the undefeated season being tainted at all for cheating, they are hypocrits! cheating is cheating, either they should have made the patriots forfeit the game they got cheating in because come on, how do you cheat during a game and still get credit for a win? or they should put an asterisk next to it 16-0* Hopefully the giants can pull it off but i dont see it happening

I think New England wins by 20 plus points. Too many weapons. A fast field. New england has been here with success, New York has not. This will be nothing like the last meeting. Totally different situation. For the record, I do not care who wins, just my opinion...
I also believe that the Patrioes will win. I would like to see them be undefeated, which would be a first for this many games. I have faith in their ability to have a golden season. I will be really dissatasfie dif they don't win by over 14 points. Although close games are more exciting then blow outs aren't they?
I don't have a dog in this race however 14 points is a huge spread for a superbowl do you not agree?
You are right 14 points does seem like a lot of points. I, however cannot touch this game. The Giants are my team, and I swore off betting on my Giants. So for me it's down to the squares only.
YAHHH the superbowl is on ! i hope you all enjoy watching the game, as I will definetly. I will be glued to the set cheering for the patriots. Anyways gulp down those prezels and snack food and beerlike almost everyone does every year!
I know a lot of people are rooting against NE, but I'd sure hate to see them go undefeated this whole time only to lose in the end. If they win this game, they very well may go down in history as the great team of all time. It'd be nice to be able to say we saw it unfold years later.
It was just pointed out to me that over at Bodog, they have posted the "Early Super Bowl XLII Line" at AFC -16.5. At first I thought this had to be a mistake. But apparently that's the consensus, both at Bodog and SportsBetting.
--Not a fan of either team at all... but would def have to take the giants to cover the spread IMO 16.5 is a huge spread in a superbowl game.. but you never know..
