me and my buddies were out duck shooting it was the opening day there were ducks everywere.everywere but nothing much near us yes we did bag a couple each the weather couldnt be more perfect any ways its about lunch time so we headed off for some lunch back at the homested.lunch was good venison and all the trimings my buddie ben his dad invited some of his mates over for a bite to.we decided that it would be a good afternoon for a deer hunt we we went off in search off that big red deer.after a while wasnt long before we came across some game a pig with a litter so we decided that we would leave them for another day seen some wild sheep no deer after a couple hours we went back to the farm to meet up with our duck shooting buddies its after 6 pm the suns starting to go down we found a note that they were up in the cabin so we headed up there.on the way low and behold heres a deer running up the track were not ready for this it jumps over the fence by this time im loaded and ready we were in bens work truck we daze the deer in the head lights but its running ben whisles out the window and it stopped bad move on her part 1 shot with the trusty 303 and the rest is history.we went up to the hut and had something to talk about.this was the first dear i got and its always been that when were not expecting it action seam to happin
