think celtics will be too strong for lakers tonight KG and Paul Pierce had shockers in game 3 and kobe had a great game celtics were always in it though and never lost by much so if they 2 get their act together i dont think LA have a chance and Celtics will win in 5

Anxiety will be in the air tomorrow night as the Celtics look to wrap up the 17th championship for the franchise. In a bizarre postseason for Boston, will their inability to immediately close out opponents lead to some intrigue and reason to watch Game 6. Also, will the Lakers have anything left after 2 early leads of 18+ only to watch Boston mount comeback after comeback? Initially felt the Celtics would win in 6 after the Game 4 miracle. Now seems to me that Kobe will get them to Game 7 and let it all hang out from there.

An annoying story about the Big 3 has turned into another championship for the storied franchise. Congratulations to the Celtics on winning the title. I did not think that they would go from worst to first, and they proved me wrong. Every time they seemed to be questioned, they pulled off a performance like the dominance they displayed last night. Just wondered why a team with such a killer instinct was so inconsistent during the playoffs. On the other hand, the Lakers, other than Kobe, seemed content with just making the Finals. Looking back on teh series, still can't figure out why Boston didn't sweep because LA showed no emotion, passion or desire that they wanted the title. Looking back on the intensity Paul Pierce had during his halftime interview, talking about how they wanted it more and displayed it all 6 games of the series. Again, hats off to the Celtics organization for a successful season.

The Celtics definitely deserved this title more than anyone else. They showed great team work on and off the field and really showed the league that they were the real deal. To all those people out there who hated on KG he is truly a solid team player who I think lead is team to victory. The passion he had for the game was one that no one else had. Hats off to the Celtics on a great year.

Being a Sac Kings fan I loved watching the Lakers play without the officials behind them: The Lakers can't win without Kobe and they can't win without the NBA's BS. Speaking of NBA BS how is KG not the Finals MVP!

Be serious. For 6 games, Paul Pierce put it on the line. His intensity is what got Boston over the top of the heartless Lakers. Good choice by the voters.
