Did anyone watch Silva and Cote last night? Terrible fight. I watched it at a friends house so I'm just glad I didn't pay the 50 bucks for it. Silva let the guy make it through round 2 just toying with him, literally I think Cote didn't land a single blow until midway through the 2nd, then in the 3rd Cote falls to the mat while standing toe to toe with silva holding his knee. I'm sure that the ACL in his knee resembled a rubber band that had been dryrotted coming into the fight and the severe kicks to the knee he was getting snapped that thing like it was nothing, but cmon. If you aren't 120% healthy and on top of your game you shouldn't even step into the ring, ESPECIALLY with Anderson Silva. I've seen a lot of fighters I honestly think he is the best fighter in the world no matter what the weight class.
