Limit Texas Hold'EM flop and post flop : any ideas ?
I believe my largest leaks involve missing straight/flush draws, and drawing dead. Now, part of the issue is simply reading the board better, and taking into account what else can possibly make a hand. The rest of it, though, involves ways to manipulate the betting such that I can minimise my losses. When I miss a draw, I drop 2BB to 4 BB. For what it's worth, I rarely win at showdown : WTSD 49.9%, W$SD 35.8%. I would like to emphasise I am playing fixed limit texas hold'em, and would love to shove all-in to protect my hands, but can't.
I have been hunting high and low for flop/post flop strategy, but cannot find much that is satisfying. People are much more willing to discuss yet another starting hand chart, but are not willing to discuss even a basic strat for the post-flop part of the game. Are there any resources you can recommend ?
