I have been playing Tourneys and SNG in No Limit, but due to the fact that I donot want to lose my bankroll to a river card and to someone who just did all in to make me sit, but i had the top hand on flop and couldnot fold that.
Turn and River go to him and the junk hand becomes the winner..
But in Limit, there is a limit to what I can loose..hence it keeps my bankroll safe..
And there are lots of chasers, if you read them right and play for a long period you will win more than they do.
Limit Games are not so bad, and not only for the bankroll.
Limit games make you think more what the other players have, and like some1 said before, it's kind of science thing. you need to calculate your odds against the other hands, even if they are just chasing their flush or straight.
in No Limit games, you can act like a bully as a scare tactics, but sooner or later some1 will put you a trap, and you fall for it.
So you can play what you think it's better for you, and if you want to be a pro, just play for free until you will get the idea for playing fixed limit.
You cant make people fold (unless theyre semi-pro), so with 3 callers, your top pair or two pairs means nothing. I just hate that kind of poker, and you cannot make as much money as you can in Texas NL or Omaha 8
I think in order to be a good all round poker player you need to be proficient in both aspects. WHile I prefer NL or PL by a mile, being able to play limit as well definatley aids the progression of ability.

Making The Wrong Moves At The Right Times!!
When playing fake chips I prefer no limit so I can scare off the people on draws or chasers. When it comes to real money I prefer limit because sometimes I may think I have the nutz but really don't(full house vs 4of kind), so it limits the amount I lose. It makes it hard to switch gears for me though...I find myself betting the pot amount in no limit tourneys out of habit when I should be betting/re-raising more that to take down the pot before I get riverred. It all depends on the size of your bankroll and the amount you are willing to lose. The riskier the game the bigger the payoff!!!!
I hate limit poker. I get a great hand and can only bet a little bit. Most say yea but you can't get whipped out on a hand, well if you know how to play you will fold and not get whipped out. AA, I want to be able to go all in on chump calling with 5 8.
