It depends on what you play.
For the games I'm currently playing in at the moment.. (large field MTT(1,000-20,000 players) & smaller field mtt (100-200plyrs.) $5 buyin -> $50), & SNG"s 27plyr & 45plyr.
I prefer (in this order...)

Fulltilt > Pokerstars > Titan

I play different stuff on each of these though.. ie. currently the 27 & 45man sng's on Fulltilt, $5-$10 largefield MTT's on Stars, & $22 -$55 MTT smaller fields on Titan. Each is the best for each of these games (for me).

If you're interested in an opinion on what might be the best site to play on... well that would depend upon what you're looking for & what you're playing.
ie. micro stakes cash tables & sng's are for sure softer on UB & Bodog (Titan not bad too for micro cash tables.. but not so great for micro sng). Carbon has alot of really weak players in their low buyin SNG's (up to $20 all seems pretty weak). I've never been able to get into playing much on there at all... it just seems so MickeyMouse... and feels like Monopoly money to me on there (probably also partly due to never having filled out the crap one needs to go thru in order to withdrawl from the site.... also to do a transfer is a huge pain in the azz).

Micro buyin SNG's... if you were choosing between Fulltilt & Pokerstars, I'd have to go with Fulltilt. I believe the players are worse on Stars but there's just toooo many of them on a given table & the play is super bad. You can often get in a decent/tight sng game on Fulltilt on the cheap.

So.... let us know what you're into if you want an opinion.
As far as poker software goes.. Fulltilt is #1 and Pokerstars is a close #2.

well, playful, apart from these enormous post mortems that people will continue to put in about their hands which will bear no relation to the hands someone else may get in the future because it is all random, but they still can't accept that, i would say i play pretty much the same, sometimes worse or better depending on how hot or drunk i am...
