Getting to the end!!!

I'm pretty new to online poker(4 or5 months and a couple of weeks on real money) and haven't done very well. My biggest problem is getting to the end of a tournement. I always come in 3rd or 4th or worse. Only came in 2nd once. I try to play pretty tight, but when it gets toward the end I might be the chip leader, but I can't sustain the lead and when the blinds get really high, I go down really quick. Any suggestions?

don't worry...in time u will get xp and win tourney's

had the same problem..but time&xp helped me and won
