I started out with Hold'em. I learned Omaha, still not great at it but I will say that it improved my hold'em game. I understand odds a lot better and I make better lay downs in hold'em when I used to make stupid calls.

Hold em is probably easiest to learn.

Omaha is my worst game of them all. My best would be Hold em followed by Razz, and 7 card stud hi and hi/lo. I don't know where to fit 5 card draw, I don't usually play it.

I would stick with Hold'em. The games are really quite different and in the beginning I would stick to one or the other. I find that too much Omaha and my Hold'em game suffers.

i love playing every game but when theres real money involved i stick to holdem cause i have a lot more experience playing it. But as soon as my bankroll gets real healthy ill start playing some other games because i think there is a lot of easy money on the lower stakes on games like stud hi or razz

well most of the people play holdem and ull be able a lot more instructions and tips to play it well. On the other hand if u learn to play good omaha u can win much more money because i dont think most of the players on the lower limits have a real knowledge of the game.

Hey there, listen to me man, first ty for this thread as these two are my favorite types of game then for your question, The holdem no limit I prefer it when playing in tournaments and the omaha pot limit I prefer it when playing in cash games so do you see how I use my favorite games
