I sort of breezed through the other people's posts, and I am not claiming to be very good at cash games. However, I have slowly been getting better at the micro limits at Pokerstars (I am break-even, which is a personal acheivement, haha).
Basically I started out playing with the tournament style mentality, which is hard to break and not very profitable in a stagnant blind structure. Now I realize I have time to pick my spots, and especially at the low levels there doesn't have to be too much thinking involved. If you have good cards raise it up, if you have a playable hand in position you can limp in or raise depending on your image and how well you play postflop. Just remember there isn't much need for all in moves unless you have the absolute nuts, a good read, or are short stacked. In cash games there is no need for coin-flip situations, JJ vs. AK sort of thing.
If you really want to get good I know Dan Harrington recently came out with cash game books...his tourney books were a great help in my game so I expect no less from these.
