Cheating

hard to tell what people call "cheating" in poker online...

i have no clue what the sites themselves do to "arrange" their software...and i could never start to look at that cos i'm not an internet buff...

only other types of cheating are messenger and sometimes that's accepted in games or not...

i'd say...you live with your own conscience...

if you have won a game cos u know something...like insider trading...that others didn't know...then that's not a real victory...and how good does that make u feel...if you are out for just cash then "great"....if you are out for the win you have achieved yourself thru slog, albeit with a lot of luck, then that will mean much, much more, in my book anyway...

just my half penny's worth and that's for all u yanks out there, who won't understand ha'peth or ha'puffff or hip'sworth!

i know i shouldn't chat, i know i should concentrate, but bantering (which i didn't in this game at all, apart from asking someone where rye was uk or usa) is all part of the fun of it, i never take it that seriously

Ok, I have to realise whatever the reason I have to concentrate on the poker and forget the chat and everything else...this is then a transition from poker as having fun to me as something serious...

guess i'd better try it...can only fail and go back to bantering again...as long as i'm not cut off...lool...

Bad beats is not cheating, but there are people that have IM Group chats that sit at turneys.
The will message each other their hands if they play at the same table. Therefore they have better odds of winning or pushing other players out of the pot.

But I dont think there is any program that allows people to see whole cards, flop, turn, and river.

Getting a bad beat to somebody and cheating are two totally different things. Bad beats will always happen - that's poker.

I know they can be very frustrating, especially when they occur time after time, but you will have to just deal with them if you keep playing poker.

I hope they don't happen too much to you, but I know they will come time and time again, but good luck everyone!
