In my opinion people are to fixated on physical tells. Sure if you've picked up something a player's done a few times when he's weak or strong its always a good thing to help you make a good decision when you're in a tight spot. But don't sit there and stare at your oponents as if you've just seen Jessica Alba walking down your driveway naked. Its a waste of time, what you should be staring at is his chips and how he bets them. The real tells come from how players bet their hands, not from how his left pinky moves every time he has pocket jacks.
Don't get me wrong, physical tells do help, but those are the things you should be looking at second not first. The most important thing when you're trying to figure out you're opponents hand is to figure out how they bet they're hands. You need to figure out what it means when he bets a certain amount, you need to know what it means when he calls a certain amount and you need to know what it means when he checks. What you don't particulary need to know is what his body language is telling you, because some guy might've just read that exact same article the o.p posted and now does the exact opposite of what the article sais. Or maybe a player thinks he may have you beat but really isn't that strong which could result in his hands shaking. Physical tells are just small, extra and often unreliable pieces of information that could help you make the right decision.
What you should be looking at when considering whether to call, fold or raise are the odds you are getting of winning the hand and the pot odds on offer.

IMHO This is one of the best post, and BEST pieces of advice I have EVER read, in ANY forum!
Very Good Post KidJoker, very good indeed, I am impressed with some of the thinking coming along in our forum at the moment.

you have good points here. phil ivey had quads and he was acting like he has nothing *bluffing* he was doing the opposite so everyone should becareful. the pros will trick you if you play with them.
Tells can be deceiving. A person can intentionally perceive to be weak when having a strong hand. I did this one in a home game. I'm head up and call a preflop raise with Qc9d. Flop comes Qh 7d 3s and I check call a 200 bet. Turn Qd and I check call again trying to set up a river play while showing concern and hesistating to call. River Qh yeah the nuts. My opponent fires a despiration bet and I move all-in and get called with king 3. By playing the hand weak, I got my opponent to gimme his chips thinking he was good.
