I love getting pct Aces, although I don't get them very often. I rarely go all in with them. I play them as I would any other good starting hand. Most recently I called someone's raise. I was about mid point. An Ace came on the flop. I made a big bet, had one caller. Turn came I made a bigger bet,had a call. River came, I went all in-by this time I only had about 400 chips. Player called. I won. They were playing AQo, thinking, I guess, that they had a better kicker for a pair of aces. I was very happy. There are many ways to play aces and not the same play is gonna win everytime. Just don't get blinded by them.
The worst hand for me is AK. When i'm in a good position in a tournament, I allways end up busted with that hand.
AA can get u busted too but if you gotta take the se "small" risks if u want to win big in tournaments...
haha freerolls aces are still good but you obviously have the chance of them getting cracked all the time because idiots like play everything...you cant really say theyre the worst though. for the most part they hold up against the rags people play in both freerolls are real money games
whwn you have aces you dont want to play against more tha 2 ppl the more ppl the worst your odds r you really want to be heads up in my opion with aces more chance 4 them to hold up
wow. Ive gotten them cracked plenty of times before.... but to lose more than you win? That's weird. I tend not to believe people who say "I NEVER win with AA." You're either not doing something right, or someone up there really hates you.
If possible, think back to the last time you had aces. When playing this hand, think about previous betting patterns, the flow of your table and your own image. Either way, I'd reccommend a raise of 4 to 5 big blinds, hoping that too many players don't call. Aces lose a lot of equity postflop, so any random hand has a better chance to improve and ultimately crack your hand, due to more equity. People often play too loose with aces, and cause thier opponents to outdraw them. A lot of the times perceived bad beats occur for that very reason.
