poker and orange juice

i never drink orange juice before poker session
why?
it makes me run to the restroom every 5 mins.
i need one continuous session when i play poker.
it makes me focused better

i thought drinking energy drinks or coffee make you go to the bathroom more often.

At least you know what gets you away from the table. Drinking during can get you going to the restroom often and can cost you valuable info from hands played.

yep, just do not drink too much and the experience at the tourney would be more pleasant. especially if you get a monster run of cards while you are gone.

I've never heard that about orange juice. I don't drink that much especially at a live tourney, with some of those it can take a few hours before you see a break.

never played poker with oj but i would only if it has vodka to go with it hahahaha but realy only with vodka in it
